Beet Salad

Spinach, arugula, beets, french goat feta, lentils, red onions, pork loin and homemade vinaigrette.
Homemade Pizza!!

I prepared the dough the day before so the dough could rest. All the cheese and meat came from JP Gratziano and the produce from the market down the street.
There were 5 pizzas:

Ahi Tuna Tacos

Today, I rode my grocery bike to work. It is a pretty blue cruiser with two very large baskets on the back that I find perfect for shopping. Even though the fish and produce markets are so extremely close, I decided to slowly ride my bicycle in the sun while shopping for ingredients. We had the biggest group for lunch at The Coop to date!
